At Moment of Time, we do our very best to provide you, our customers, with the highest quality products, customized to your perfection. We can take any product we offer, and build it to almost any image you have in mind. This means within reason, we can change existing products to give them your personal touch. We can not promise anything is possible, nor can we use copyrighted, trademarked, or patented names, logos, objects, or ideas in our products, unless they are protected under our name. Other situations and circumstances may exist, and we will let you know, should those arise, after we receive your initial product order form. If the product has already been paid for, and any issue arises, we will refund your payment based on the situation or at our discretion.

* Prices do not include shipping unless stated and are subject to change without notice.
* All Returns must be approved by Moment Of Time with an RMA#
* All Non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
* At this time, we are currently only shipping to billing addresses. If you are a return customer, and need to ship to another address, please give us a call and we will make arrangements.
* No returns after 15 days of the date on your order.
* Cancellations of orders are subject to a 10% processing fee.
* No cancellations on group purchase or group buy orders.
* All prices listed are cash discount prices (personal check, business check, bank check, money order, cashier's check, etc.) Credit Card transactions will be slightly higher, once this system is in place.
* Allow 3-7 business days for personal/business checks to clear.

MOMENT OF TIME DISCLAIMS AND BUYER, BY ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS HEREBY WAIVES, ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY AGREED TO BY THE PARTIES. MOMENT OF TIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR OBLIGATED UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY FOR:

(A) ANY AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF THE AGGREGATE FEES PAID TO IT OR:
(B) FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, WHATSOEVER.

BUYER HEREBY AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTES ARISING FROM THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WI, WITHOUT REFERENCE TO ITS CHOICE OF LAW RULES. THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE FOR ANY PROCEEDINGS SHALL BE THE COMPETENT COURTS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. THE ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS SOLD SHALL ALSO CONSTITUTE BUYERS ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS ARTICULATED HEREIN.
